Returns or exchanges are not allowed UNLESS there is an error in the order.

Inspection is only possible AFTER receiving the order. If there is any issue, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it

Full Bottles:

Our policy for full bottles is that we take the whole amount when you order not just a deposit. As we get the full bottles by order. Full Bottles arrive within 3-10 days. If you want a full bottle that is not on our Full Bottles list, please contact us via WhatsApp with a picture of the bottle.

Samples:

After placing your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange the deposit payment. If an order is placed with a phone number that does not have WhatsApp, we will contact you via email so. The deposit amount varies depending on the value of the order. Of course, the deposit will be deducted from the total order amount. We require the deposit because we make everything by order, and we also uploaded a TikTok video explaining all the reasons for this.
